Send me a message for alternate shipping options; eBay's multiple option selection is broken. USPS is extremely unreliable and in most circumstances will not be offered intentionally. If USPS shows as the top option it is an error.
Shipping labels will be generated fairly quickly after purchase, but are not guaranteed to ship for 3-5 business days (see handling time -- note well that handling time is in ADDITION to shipping time). Please do not be concerned if the label is generated and then "does not move" for several days. Shipping is also very backed up coming out of northern California in general, and I have no control over how long shipping will take after it leaves my possession. Finally, I often have items picked up and it can take up to 2-3 days for them to show as "received" and are often well on their way before tracking information moves. Rest assured that the items are coming to you and blame the carriers.
Please ask all questions PRIOR to purchase/bidding. Stock images of items are offered for new items. If I do not include a personal picture of the item, please assume it is in mint/new condition and contains all parts. I prebox most items and will not take additional images unless there are issues that should be disclosed to buyers. Buyer is responsible for double-checking model numbers and details of any items. prior to purchase/bidding. Please do not wait until you have already purchased the item before confirming information; refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.
NO RETURNS except in case of genuine seller error. If you do not know if you like the style or color of your item, or if you are unsure as to whether an item will connect with another you already own, it is your responsibility to confirm these details PRIOR TO ORDERING. Due to the nature of offering free shipping in most cases, it is not cost-effective for sellers to process returns, especially since items depreciate after being examined by purchasers. eBay does not refund shipping costs and does not permit restocking fees, so this is the nature of the platform.
Those having bought appliances, electronics, fixtures etc. must make an attempt in good faith to troubleshoot any issues that may arise and ensure that neither fixable user errors nor software installations are malfunctioning. This means that those purchasing products that are "defective" must engage with the companies' troubleshooting and customer service resources **prior to arbitration via eBay**. I am, in most instances, NOT qualified to provide this troubleshooting and therefore you must utilize professionals. I do not accept returns from those who make no effort to troubleshoot, and those who misuse the eBay "not as described" function will be reported and handled appropriately. In the case of a faulty product, evidence must be produced, whether video or photographic, before a return may be initiated.
Any "make me an offer" functions are not supposed to be enabled. eBay continuously adds the offer feature to listings without sellers' consent. If you have the ability to make an offer, please do not bother. All will be rejected (as they are not supposed to be on the listing).
Bids will not be cancelled because you did not read or check shipping rates prior to ordering.
Do not send me messages asking for any discounts other than those offering to purchase in bulk (purchasing 2+ items). This means that I will ignore PMs making me lowball offers -- I do hate to be rude, but the attempted haggling on eBay is entirely out of hand (even with me putting in these disclaimers, I still receive multiple PMs a day offering variously low prices...) In response to this, prices are as listed unless you have received an offer *from* me. Those offers are not negotiable and it is a waste of your time and mine to ask for further discounts (and if items' prices are "final" etc.)
