Used and in very good condition. There is little to no signs of wear on the figure, it has been kept in very nice condition. The battery compartment had old batteries that burst, I have cleaned out as much of that as I could get to, but there is still some battery gunk stuck there. Still works perfectly, It lights up and sings, or just lights up. Does not come with batteries. The original box has some wear but is in good condition. The original styrofoam is still very functional for storage, but it is coming apart and shedding little foam bits.
